The Maxxis Razr HT-780 summer tire for SUVs and crossovers is a High Terrain category model designed for use primarily on asphalt roads. It is characterized by stable traction at high speeds, improved handling accuracy, quiet and smooth running, as well as durability and resistance to damage.
The tread pattern is distinguished by the presence of a large number of traction edges formed by the shape of the blocks and the presence of lamellas in them. Such a design provides the tire with reliable handling on wet surfaces. At the same time, it demonstrates a sufficiently low level of noise and vibration. This is largely due to the arrangement of tread elements with a certain pitch, which effectively dampens them. Another feature of the tire is the use of a rubber compound containing "nano-particles" of silicon dioxide in its manufacture. The high homogeneity of the compound and the presence of a large amount of "silica" in its composition enhance the traction properties on wet surfaces, as well as give the tire increased resistance to wear, cracking and cracking even at high mileage.
