Released by the world-renowned Taiwanese manufacturer, the summer passenger tire Maxxis HP-600 Bravo is designed for high-performance vehicles that operate mainly on highways.
The design of the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern suggests operation primarily on roads with a solid surface. The tread pattern contains time-tested and proven solutions. At the center of the tread, there is a solid rib, the surface of which is dotted with self-locking lamellas of a wavy shape. Due to this, the Maxxis HP-600 Bravo tire, when moving, is characterized by high directional stability and low response time to steering wheel turns.
In addition, thanks to the self-locking lamellas, the central rib has high stiffness indicators, which affect the efficiency of acceleration and braking, in particular. The other two central ribs provide excellent traction and grip characteristics on dry surfaces, and the transverse channels of curved shape on their surface significantly improve the efficiency of water removal from the contact patch, which improves handling characteristics when driving on wet roads.
To prevent the occurrence of aquaplaning, the tread pattern is equipped with four longitudinally arranged grooves that provide effective removal of water from the contact patch, which makes the movement even on very wet roads stable and safe. For more confident behavior outside of solid surfaces, the shoulder areas of the tread are divided into separate blocks, the sharp edges of which provide traction and grip on unstable soils.
The main features of the Maxxis HP-600 Bravo tire
- the original design of the tread pattern provides excellent traction and grip characteristics when driving on both dry and wet roads;
- excellent handling characteristics, low noise level, comfort, and softness when driving on various types of surfaces in any weather conditions;
- the rubber compound with a high silica content improves grip on wet surfaces and significantly increases the tire's wear resistance;
- the layer of nylon fibers in the tire carcass provides elasticity and resistance to punctures.
