The Maxxis CV-01 Escapade CUV summer tire is designed for crossovers, SUVs, and pickups, and belongs to the High Terrain category. The model is distinguished by its high operational characteristics on asphalt roads.
Smooth ride
The ARS technology was used in the design of the sidewalls. Its essence lies in the creation of local zones of deformation, which, on the one hand, dampen the impact of road irregularities, and on the other hand, prevent excessive deformation of these bearing elements during maneuvering. As a result, the tire demonstrates a smooth ride even on uneven roads and excellent handling during active driving.
Reduced noise level
The Multi-Pitch technology is also used in this tire. This solution represents a multi-step arrangement of tread blocks relative to each other. This minimizes the risk of resonance noise, which increases acoustic comfort.
Stability in turns
The tire's tread features an asymmetric design with several functional zones. One of them is formed by the shoulder blocks on the outer side of the tire. These elements have massive dimensions and are arranged transversely, which further increases their resistance to deformative lateral acceleration forces. The stiffness of the shoulder blocks improves the tire's handling and stability in turns.
Key features of the Maxxis CV-01 Escapade CUV tire
- ARS technology provides a smooth ride during straight-line driving and good handling, stability during energetic driving;
- acoustic comfort at any speed thanks to the optimized arrangement of tread blocks;
- reliable traction in turns is ensured by the stiffness and massive size of the shoulder blocks on the outer side of the tread.
