After coming under the control of German Continental AG, the Slovak company Matador is increasingly delighting fans of its tire products with new models, which are getting better and better from year to year. One of such novelties is the MP-47 Hectorra 3 SUV tire for SUVs and crossovers, which stands out for its excellent handling on dry and wet roads, durability, and high level of acoustic comfort. At the same time, it is impossible not to note its excellent applicability, ensured by the presence of 11 sizes in the offered range for wheels from 17 to 22 inches. Against this background, a pleasant trifle is the special wear indicator of the tread. Its disappearance indicates the need to replace it with a new tire.

This model provides a very high level of safety when driving on wet roads. It is achieved due to the very efficient operation of the drainage system. When creating this tire, the developers paid special attention to ensuring the maximum possible level of acoustic comfort. To this end, a whole range of measures was taken, primarily affecting the tread design. Its shoulder areas from the outside are made in a closed design, which prevents the spread of noise from the central blocks outward. At the same time, they are located with a different pitch relative to each other, which prevents the occurrence of resonant noises and vibrations.
