The Marangoni Verso summer tire is one of the novelties of the well-known European manufacturer. Resistance to hydroplaning
The tread pattern of this model has four grooves. They have a significant internal volume, which allows the tire to easily handle the removal of practically any amount of water from the contact patch. The efficiency of the drainage system has been further increased by numerous zigzag grooves in the central part of the tread. They are located at a large angle, which, in combination with their curved shape, significantly increases the throughput, and therefore the resistance to aquaplaning.
Central rib
A significant part of the advantages of this tire is provided due to the significant stiffness and location exactly in its center of a wide tread rib of a continuous design. This element is distinguished by excellent resistance to deformation, which ensures stable and very reliable behavior at high speeds, which, in turn, guarantees ease of vehicle handling.
