The tread pattern features a high density of elements distributed along the wide longitudinal ribs. In combination with the variable curvature of the tire's tread profile, this improves traction, stability during maneuvers, and makes the vehicle easier to handle during lane changes. Numerous slits increase traction and braking intensity on wet surfaces. At the same time, the large volume of longitudinal grooves prevents aquaplaning.
