The Laufenn i-Fit Ice LW71 winter tire is designed with the climatic features of Northern European countries in mind. It boasts improved traction on snow and ice, as well as predictable behavior in complex road conditions.

The tread pattern is literally covered with lamellas. Their vertical walls are made "three-dimensional", which allows the blocks, in which they are cut and limited in mobility, to be fixed. This solution makes it possible to increase the traction properties on icy surfaces while maintaining precision handling and directional stability, especially at high speeds.

Exactly in the center of the tread is a continuous rib. Its rigid solid structure provides directional stability and handling precision, reduces fuel consumption and wear. The canals in the form of fangs in the rib additionally increase the traction force on snow and ice.
