The tread pattern features three enlarged longitudinal drainage grooves in the central part. This allows water to be intensively drained from the contact patch, ensuring resistance to aquaplaning even at high speeds. The effectiveness on wet surfaces is ensured by extended transverse lamellas in the shoulder areas, allowing for intense acceleration and deceleration when the surface grip is insufficient. The tread is made of an optimized rubber compound with a high content of "silica". It gives the tire additional grip on wet surfaces.
