The tread pattern is distinguished by a massive central rib and numerous large blocks. The prevalence of deformation-resistant elements in the design significantly improves directional stability and handling accuracy, especially at high speeds. The increased width of the grooves, the placement of some of them at an angle, and against the direction of travel, allows maintaining these driving qualities even on wet surfaces. Even more traction in such conditions is provided by an elastic rubber compound with a high content of "silica".
