Description Landsail 4Seasons Van 2
Landsail 4Seasons Van 2 is a commercial tire designed for installation on light commercial vehicles (vans, minibuses, small trucks). The model can be operated in any period of the year, providing confident traction and coupling characteristics.
The tread base features a two-layer structure. The inner part is represented by a more dense compound, which minimizes deformation, reduces rolling resistance, and increases steering accuracy. The outer layer has a more elastic structure, guaranteeing the strength of the contact area fixation, minimizing slipping, and resistance to mechanical impacts. The tread itself has a symmetrical non-directional structure, with two ribs in the center, consisting of large blocks. Each of them is supplemented with micro-grooves, as well as connected to neighboring elements by stiffness bridges. Thanks to this, protection against deformation and hydroplaning is implemented. The wide "shoulder" zones of the open type guarantee rapid evacuation of dirt, snow masses, and water from the contact area, as well as contribute to maintaining the stability of the vehicle during maneuvering.
The internal structure is represented by a steel cord of an enhanced design, which provides impact resistance and increased load capacity. Due to this, the likelihood of rupture under load and during point mechanical impacts is leveled. The result is an extended service life.
To increase wear resistance, the manufacturer used a special compound based on a package of polymers, as well as additives created on the basis of silica. On the one hand, this had a positive effect on protection against abrasive wear, and on the other hand, it contributed to maintaining the elasticity of the tread elements at various temperature regimes.
Main features of Landsail 4Seasons Van 2:
