The large zigzag-shaped edge located in the central zone of the tread contributes to high directional stability when moving in a straight line, and the rigid shoulder blocks guarantee confidence when passing turns. The wide channels in the center of the tread ensure stability when moving on snowy or icy roads. They also contribute to the effective removal of water from the contact patch with the road surface. The drainage grooves, as it were, break the water film, providing high-quality water drainage and thereby minimizing the risk of aquaplaning. The geometric shape of the grooves was designed specifically with the condition that the tire will move through slushy snow, which is the most serious test for water-draining channels.
Also, the Kumho Power Grip KC11 has a system of abundantly arranged lamellas for even greater confidence in movement.
A few words are also worth saying about the composition of the tire tread. It is also designed with the specifics of heavy operating conditions in mind, which is why it includes not only functional polymers but also silica, silicon dioxide. It does not allow the tire to freeze at strong negative temperatures, preserves its elasticity, and, as a consequence, even in the most unfavorable external conditions for movement. Plus, due to the elasticity of the tire, the pressure is evenly distributed throughout the contact zone with the road, which ensures its high wear resistance.
Another qualitative characteristic of this tire is its low rolling resistance. Thanks to this, fuel consumption during movement decreases, and you can save up to five percent of fuel. Therefore, this tire is considered economical.
In general, this tire is a very good option for winter driving, especially for heavy Russian conditions.

This is a pretty good tire, I've been using it on my Ford Transit for 3 years now. It handles wet, snowy roads etc. pretty well! I often drive for transport companies, where the roads aren't always clean, but it runs normally even with all the junk. In short, I'm very satisfied with the tire for such a price!

Honestly wore out its money, usage conditions, the toughest (50% under load, snowdrifts in steppes, post-snow ice, loose snow with serious load).
