Kormoran SUV Stud – winter tire, representing a budget sub-brand of Michelin, designed for SUVs. It has improved traction properties on winter roads, low rolling resistance, and a long service life.
The basis of the model is a directional symmetric tread pattern, which was developed using computer simulation. This allowed creating blocks of a special shape and arranging them in a way that they function with maximum efficiency. As a result, the tire demonstrates confident traction on winter roads, maintaining controllability both on ice and during heavy snowfalls.
To create a large number of biting edges, a network of lamellas is provided, covering all elements. And the tire's carcass itself is distinguished by its strength and resistance to deformation.
