Kormoran Stud 2 (Нешип)

The Kormoran Stud 2 winter tire is installed on compact and medium-sized passenger cars. It is designed for use in extremely cold climates. It is advantageous in terms of stability of traction properties and ease of handling on slippery surfaces with snow and ice.

The tread pattern is distinguished by compactness and a complex shape of blocks. A large number of such elements provides a contact patch with numerous and multidirectional edges, which allows the tire to maintain its effectiveness on snowy surfaces. On ice, traction properties are ensured due to the increased number and optimized arrangement of studs and lamellas. Narrow slits are distributed throughout the tread pattern and work, among other things, on wet surfaces, enhancing the effect of drainage grooves on handling. These elements, having, due to increased width and direction against movement, significant throughput, minimize the risk of aquaplaning and slashplanning.
