Description Kormoran Runpro B3
Designed for small-class passenger cars, the Kormoran Runpro 3 summer tire was developed by experts from the Serbian company Tigar, which, like the Polish brand, is part of the French Michelin group. The use of modern technologies and materials has made it possible to create a model with competitive characteristics.
Directional Tread
The model is designed according to the "classic canons" of the tire industry. Its tread has a symmetrical directional design, which provides the tire with a number of important advantages. The key ones are high traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction. The tire effectively provides efficient acceleration and deceleration, especially on slippery wet surfaces, as well as stable behavior at high speeds.
Low Risk of Aquaplaning
Another significant advantage of this type of tread is the substantial reduction of the risk of aquaplaning. This is ensured by the arrangement of drainage grooves at an angle and against the direction of movement. This feature allows the use of the contact patch drainage not so much by the throughput of the drainage grooves, but by the forces of wheel rotation, which greatly increases their efficiency.
Stability During Sharp Maneuvers
The tire tread contains elongated shoulder blocks. Their increased size and high stiffness guarantee the stability of the traction properties during lateral accelerations, as well as their rapid and accurate transmission to the steering wheel. This significantly improves the responsiveness of the steering.
Main Features of Kormoran Runpro B3
- directional symmetrical tread provides excellent performance during acceleration and deceleration;
- two longitudinal ribs in the center improve stability at high speeds;
- elongated shoulder zones prevent skidding during maneuvering and braking;
- directional grooves against the direction of movement minimize the risk of aquaplaning.
