Description Kormoran Road
The Kormoran Road summer tire is installed on compact passenger cars. It is available in several dozen 13- and 14-inch sizes. It is characterized by increased efficiency in rainy conditions and bright fuel-saving properties.
The tread part of the tire is made in a symmetrical directional design. In the middle, there is a double solid rib. This element increases the stability of the traction properties at high speed, and along with the rigid shoulder blocks, provides more transparent feedback on the steering wheel when maneuvering. Another important feature is the inclined arrangement of most of the drainage grooves. This allows the use of wheel rotation to drain water, thanks to which the risk of aquaplaning remains low even at high speed.
Key features of Kormoran Road
- a double longitudinal rib in the middle improves directional stability and reduces rolling resistance;
- an increased number of lamellas enhances traction on wet surfaces;
- rigid and large shoulder blocks provide stability during maneuvering, give the handling a sporty sharpness.
