The Kleber Cropker agricultural tire is designed for tractors, self-propelled sprayers, and various towed equipment used for field work with row crops. It is characterized by increased strength and load-carrying capacity, stable traction at high speeds, and reduced rolling resistance.
The tread pattern is open and features a large number of narrowed blocks with elongated curved walls. These elements provide excellent traction and grip properties on most soil types, reduced rolling resistance, and wear. The blocks are separated from each other by significant voids. This prevents the tread from "clogging", allowing the tire to maintain its effectiveness on waterlogged soil surfaces. A notable feature is the use of an improved carcass. Due to the presence of a full-metal cord, the structure has significant carrying capacity and stiffness, which is why the speed limit for this model has been increased to 65 km/h. Additionally, the load-carrying capacity has been significantly increased, especially when operating with reduced internal pressure.
Key features of Kleber Cropker
- optimized tread profile and low block height prevent damage to the topsoil layer;
- improved carcass increases load-carrying capacity, allows for reduced internal pressure without losing carrying capacity, and enables operation at high speeds;
- special rubber compound with increased resistance to tears, cuts, and formation of small cracks
