Open tread design
The tire was developed for passenger cars. However, its design incorporates many solutions that are commonly used in All Terrain models for SUVs. One of these "borrowings" is the open tread design. It is symmetrical and non-directional, featuring a large number of individual blocks. Each of these elements has a complex polygonal shape, which provides a significant number and diversity of edges. This feature allows the tire to demonstrate excellent efficiency on slippery surfaces.
Resistance to aquaplaning and slushplaning
Another significant advantage of this tread design is the presence of a developed drainage system. The grooves are not only numerous and multidirectional but also have significant dimensions. This allows the tread to intensively drain water, heavy snow masses, and their mixture with road dirt from the contact patch.
