Just good tires.
I drive all year round, with a mileage of over 20,000 per year, and with a calm driving style, everything is just great. In terms of noise, they are quieter than BL, VS-11, BI-391, and I-391. Although, perhaps, they are noisier than Michelin and Nokian. I had to get into dirt on gravel several times - everything is fine.
