The King Meiler MHT model from the German manufacturer is designed for drivers who value predictability and comfort in any conditions on the asphalt. This is not just a "summer tire", but a full-fledged complex of technologies that provides stable traction at high speeds, effective braking, as well as acoustic comfort.
Contact Patch and Handling
The tread pattern is built around medium-sized rigid elements. This geometry, combined with a special tread profile, allows increasing the contact patch area by 12-15% compared to analogs. This provides a more even distribution of pressure, improved traction, and precise feedback in practice.
Edge and Groove Work
A multitude of differently directed traction edges is a solution for maintaining directional stability when passing through wet sections. They break through the water film and provide control at high speeds. At the same time, longitudinal grooves of increased volume quickly evacuate water from the contact zone, minimizing the risk of hydroplaning.
Quietness and Smooth Ride
One of the main features is the elastic rubber compound. It absorbs micro-vibrations from the road surface, making the ride smooth even on small irregularities. And to eliminate the monotonous hum, a special sequence of tread blocks was applied. This disrupts resonant frequencies, so the cabin remains quiet.
Key Features of King Meiler MHT:
- Summer tire with a developed system of central ribs with segmentation;
- An extended contact patch improves traction and handling, as well as extends the mileage;
- Longitudinal grooves of increased cross-section quickly drain moisture and dirt, providing reliable stability on wet surfaces;
- Wide shoulder blocks with wavy lamellas guarantee comfortable handling and directional stability during maneuvers and turns of any sharpness.
