The Kinforest KF880 PCR summer tire is primarily installed on compact passenger cars. The model's operational properties are selected with consideration of specific urban conditions. The tread pattern is characterized by a high content of transverse traction edges. Most of them are formed by lamellas, which makes it possible to intensively accelerate and decelerate on a wet surface. The double edge in the middle and a pair of similar elements on the outer side of the tread increase the directional stability and precision of control at high speeds. The increased longitudinal water-draining grooves in the central part minimize the risk of aquaplaning.
