The Kapsen RW505 IceMax winter tire is ideal for everyday use in regions with moderately cold climates. The non-studded tire features excellent traction on wet and snowy roads, easy handling, and stability in turns, along with a quiet and smooth ride.

The tread pattern is distinguished by an asymmetrical arrangement of elements and their distribution across functional zones, dividing the tread into two parts. The outer side consists mainly of large and rigid blocks that enhance directional stability and steering precision during straight-line driving, while reducing rolling resistance. The inner part of the pattern features a multitude of traction edges formed by both blocks and lamellas cut into them, with two types of lamellas. The edges of the tread feature serrated cuts, the elongated edges of which improve traction and braking properties on wet and snowy roads. In the central part, they are supplemented by lamellas that limit the mobility of the blocks, which improves steering precision on slippery surfaces.
