Kama Euro 131 — a new product from the Nizhnekamsk Tire Plant, 2008.
The Euro 131 tire is designed for light trucks and minibuses of foreign manufacture.
The main purpose of the Kama Euro 131 tire is its installation for equipping vehicles with Fiat Ducato, assembled in Yelabuga (Tatarstan) at the Italian Sollers plant.
Tests conducted at the Italian test site in Balocco have proven that the tire meets the latest European requirements. The Kama Euro 131 tire received a rating of 7+ (Seven plus), while the standard rating is 7 (Seven). The tests were conducted in comparison with tires from leading world manufacturers.
Since December 2008, Kama Euro 131 tires have been installed on Fiat brand vehicles.

I bought KAMA EURO HK-131 215/65R16C set in April this year and mounted it on Vito 639. I was glad for the price, high tread depth and durability. But in July, roughly 15000 km later, the tread came off on two rear wheels at the sidewall. After demounting, a thick crack was visible on the side. I've had this tire for 20-25,000 km, two of them are already gone, they're cracked and the bulges are starting to show. After 35,000 km two more are dead, don't get it! Michelin would last you 3-4 times longer than this Kam Euro! It's noisy too.

Full-size tires, cracked by the protector and started to slip through, apparently the cord burst. I do not recommend buying to anyone. Wear is also very large and noticeable.
