Description Кама 404
The Kama 404 cargo tire differs from similar tire products in a fairly specific area of application. The fact is that this model is designed for operation on any axes of wheel loaders. Due to the specific features of use, a number of original technical solutions were applied in its design, which allowed the tire to be adapted to the aggressive effects of the external environment.
Excellent resistance to any damage
One of the key differences of this model is a very high level of reliability, which it demonstrates throughout its long service life. This is due to a number of design features. First of all, it is the reinforced tire carcass of the Kama 404, the basis of which is a monometallic cord. It is also impossible not to note the special composition of the rubber mixture and the significant depth of the tread. Thanks to this combination, this tire has a high resistance to punctures and cuts.
Another factor that determines the high resistance of this model to any aggressive influence is the rigid sidewalls. Due to this, as well as due to the elastic carcass, the tire has gained the ability to effectively absorb almost any impacts and shocks, while maintaining its integrity even in very difficult operating conditions.
Diagonal tread pattern
A significant part of the traction properties of this model is ensured not only by the characteristics of the rubber mixture, but also by some features of the design of its tread pattern. It is distinguished by the presence of a large number of shoulder blocks connected to each other through a very rigid central part of the tread. Such a structure, on the one hand, provides the tire with excellent passability on loose and unstable soils, and on the other hand, allows to reduce rolling resistance, improving the uniformity of weight distribution over the contact patch.
Main features of the Kama 404 tire
- the tire is designed for wheel loaders;
- excellent adaptability to harsh operating conditions is ensured by the reinforced carcass design, protected sidewalls, special rubber compound and tread depth;
- low rolling resistance, increased passability on loose and unstable soils due to the original design of the diagonal tread pattern, the soil hooks of which are rigidly connected to each other through its central part.
