Description Infinity R618
In a short time since its appearance, the Infinity R618 summer tire has managed to win the trust and sympathy of many car owners from European countries. Despite the fact that the manufacturer started producing tires in 2005, the products of this brand from China have a wonderful set of consumer qualities.
This tire is designed for owners of medium-class passenger cars. The design of the directional tread pattern contains many original solutions aimed at providing exceptional efficiency on wet roads.
The tread pattern of the tire consists of a solid central rib, two longitudinal ribs of different widths, as well as shoulder zones with a reinforced structure. Thanks to the solid design, the central rib has high stiffness, which allows for excellent directional stability and stability even at very high speeds. For this reason, the tire has been assigned a speed index of H, which implies a high level of safety up to 210 km/h.
A distinctive feature of the Infinity R618 tire can be considered the different width of the two longitudinal ribs located in the central part of the tread. This was done to achieve optimal balance of the tire's main characteristics. As a result, the tire demonstrates excellent traction both when driving in a straight line and when cornering. Additionally, these ribs are equipped with transverse water drainage channels, which further increase the efficiency of water removal from the contact patch.
The thoughtful organization of water drainage from the contact patch of the tire with the road surface deserves special mention. For this purpose, the company's engineers equipped the tire's tread with four wide water drainage grooves. This allowed the tire to demonstrate phenomenal resistance to aquaplaning for its category.
Main features of Infinity R618
