On March 11, 2026, I purchased summer tires ILINK L-Max 9 225/70 R15C 112/110R from the online store "Mosavtoshina". I bought these tires solely because they had a white stripe on the side, as my father, who drives an American sedan, wanted tires with a white stripe.
Unfortunately, when I received the tires at the terminal, it turned out that they did not have a white stripe. In all other respects, the product corresponded to its name and parameters.
I contacted the manager via email, and they professionally explained the procedure for returning the product.
From the moment I bought the tires to the refund, exactly one month passed. However, this story is not about the refund period, but about the return procedure. So:
The purchase was made on 03/11/2026.
Transportation from Rostov to Nizhnevartovsk took 11 days, and I received a notification from the transport company on 03/22/2026.
I received the tires on 03/23/2026.
When I discovered the discrepancy, I refused the product, left the tires in their packaging, and went home to contact the store's representatives in a calm environment.
I contacted the manager, described the situation in an email, and after receiving a response to my complaint, they sent me instructions on the return procedure. Then, I fulfilled the store's requirements, specifically, I photographed the tires to prove their integrity and the absence of any damage. I formed all the documents, took photos, and sent an email to the store manager.
The store took 4 to 6 days to consider my complaint, which I think is relatively fast. After considering and acknowledging their mistake, I sent the tires to the specified address (the store paid for the shipping), which was a nice gesture.
After the tires arrived at the recipient "Mosavtoshina", I received a full refund for the product cost the next day.
And the day after that, I received a statement to refund the shipping costs I paid to the transport company when I purchased the ILINK L-Max 9 225/70 R15C 112/110R tires.
After filling out the statement and sending it, I got my money back for the transport services.
I would like to express my huge gratitude to the store for their prompt and coordinated actions.
However, I still have a slight disappointment about the time I wasted, but oh well, all's well that ends well.
