The base is a compound made using advanced technology. A special package of polymers has been introduced into the composition, which reduces internal hysteresis losses - the tread heats up less during rotation. And the lower the heat, the less energy is dissipated as heat and the more it goes into forward motion. The result is a measurable reduction in rolling resistance and, as a consequence, fuel savings.

Tread specification

Instead of a chaotic set of blocks, wide longitudinal ribs are used here, the central one of which has a solid structure. These are massive, very rigid elements. At high speeds and during maneuvers, they eliminate tread movement in the transverse direction. The driver gets quick and precise responses, excellent directional stability on straight roads. This configuration reduces rolling resistance and, importantly for long trips, dampens aerodynamic noise.

Lamellas inside the structures

Engineers have cut lamellas - thin and precisely calculated incisions - in all longitudinal ribs. Thanks to them, numerous, multidirectional faces are formed on the surface. When driving on a wet road, they cut through the water film, restoring direct contact between the tire and the asphalt. Water does not have time to accumulate, and hydroplaning is minimized.
