The Hercules Avalanche x-treme r g2 winter tire is primarily installed on compact passenger cars. The studless model, nevertheless, demonstrates high stability on any slippery surface, providing precise handling.
The tread pattern is executed in a "Scandinavian" design with an arrow-shaped central part. The solid longitudinal rib and long narrow blocks located here increase directional stability and handling precision, reduce rolling resistance and wear. The elements in the shoulder areas allow for intense acceleration and deceleration on dry and snowy roads. The same ability on icy surfaces is provided by several thousand transverse sinusoidal lamellas.
