The tread of the tire is made from a rubber compound with fine-dispersed silicon-containing substances. They give the tire elasticity at extremely low temperatures, while maintaining its strength and resistance to tearing and stretching. As a result, in addition to reliable traction on winter surfaces, high resistance to wear and other mechanical damage to the tread is achieved. Directly under it is an extended steel breaker. The additional stiffness of this component improves handling and fuel efficiency.
