The Hankook RA28E Radial summer tire is designed for small commercial vehicles, as well as minivans and campers. It is characterized by pronounced fuel-saving properties, a long service life, and stable traction properties under significant weight load.
The tire design features a reinforced breaker. It is a two-layer steel cord that occupies the entire area under the tread. In addition to increasing load capacity and reliability, this solution significantly improves traction properties, handling, and wear resistance. The tread pattern is asymmetric, which is not typical for commercial tires. This allowed to improve driving qualities while maintaining balance between them.
