The Hankook K127 Ventus S1 Evo3 Sound Absorption summer tire is a special version of the same model, differing from it by a lower level of noise and vibration. In terms of driving qualities, both tires are practically indistinguishable from each other, demonstrating stable traction in any weather conditions.

An increase in acoustic comfort was achieved due to a slight change in the tire design. On the inside of the tire, there is a special insert made of polyurethane foam. The lightweight material, due to its highly porous structure, prevents the spread of noise and vibration, not allowing their transmission to the car's cabin. The insert is securely held by a thin layer of compound based on silicon dioxide, vulcanized at temperatures twice as low as the rubber mixture for the tread part of the protector, additionally enhancing the noise and vibration absorbing properties.
