The Habilead RW501 winter tire is installed on compact and medium-sized passenger cars. Some of the offered tire sizes provide applicability to small-capacity commercial vehicles. It is distinguished by reliable traction on winter roads, high mileage, and good fuel economy for its category.
The tread part of the tire features an extremely high content of edges. Most of them are formed by lamellas. A significant part of them is located transversely, which increases the traction force and braking efficiency on slippery surfaces. In the shoulder zones, their action is supplemented by special "micro-pumps". Small holes with a teardrop shape inside capture and retain moisture, which significantly enhances grip on wet or icy road surfaces.
