The distinctive qualities of the GT Radial Maxmiler EX tire include not only its economy, but also improved ride quality, low noise levels, and enhanced traction on wet road surfaces. The increased service life and safety of the tire are ensured by a new silica-based rubber compound and a special sidewall design. Lennart Lindstrom, Technical Director of GITI Tire's European division, notes that GT Radial Maxmiler EX is a true High-Performance class tire.
During the development of the tires, it was taken into account that commercial vehicles are often operated in extreme conditions. Therefore, particular attention was paid by engineers to the design of the sidewalls. Thanks to two metal cord belts and a new nylon protective layer, it was possible to develop truly durable and safe tires. Additionally, the sidewalls and shoulders are designed to minimize heat buildup during driving.
