Gripmax Cargo Carrier — summer tire designed for the light commercial vehicles segment with a focus on three key parameters: high-speed highway stability, low air resistance, and maximum mileage. The model was created using computer simulation methods, which made it possible to effectively optimize the stress distribution in the contact patch under load.

Rib Stability

The tread pattern is built around two wide segmented rib structures that occupy the central part. This solution minimizes the mobility of elements under the action of centrifugal forces and lateral accelerations. The ribs perform the function of guides, providing "sharpness" of steering and confident course holding.

Contact Patch and Load Distribution

In pair with the central ribs, reinforced massive sidewalls work. Their geometry, together with the ribs, forms the widest and most stable contact patch. For a commercial tire, this is critically important: the increased area allows reducing the pressure per square centimeter. This gives two advantages:
- uniform weight distribution prevents local overheating and accelerated tire wear;
- a wide contact area guarantees reliable traction during maneuvers, especially on a loaded vehicle.

Compound and Rolling Resistance

The rubber compound was developed using a wear-resistant composition adapted to the high abrasive loads of commercial operation. Its formula is aimed at reducing internal friction, which directly affects the reduction of fuel costs. Thus, the tire not only serves longer due to its resistance to wear but also saves resources.
