Description Grenlander L-Snow96
The winter tire Grenlander L-Snow96 is designed for passenger cars. It belongs to the so-called "friction" tires, differing in extremely high number of traction edges, which provides it with excellent traction on rolled snow and ice.
The tread pattern has a "classic" design with a V-shaped arrangement of drainage elements. This significantly increases resistance to hydroplaning and slushplaning. At the same time, the long edges formed by the blocks allow for intense realization of traction and braking effort, especially on snow. On icy and wet surfaces, the effectiveness of the tread is ensured by lamellas. Narrow slits form hundreds of sharp edges, with which the tire literally bites into the road surface.
Key features of Grenlander L-Snow96
- triangular blocks in the central part reduce rolling resistance, improve handling accuracy without compromising traction on winter surfaces;
- V-shaped arrangement of traction edges allows for effective realization of traction and braking effort, improves directional stability at high speeds;
- high lamella density provides the tire with effectiveness on icy surfaces.
