Description Gremax WCH7
The Gremax WCH7 tire is suitable for passenger cars of various classes. It is adapted for use in "European" winter conditions. It stands out for its maximum performance on slightly snowy and wet roads. In such conditions, it demonstrates reliable coupling properties and predictable behavior.
The tread pattern is made in a directional design with asymmetrically arranged elements. The inner side is distinguished by a fin-shaped form of transverse drainage grooves. The increased width of these elements allows for intense cleaning of the contact patch, both from water and from its mixture with snow and dirt. The formed transverse edges increase the traction force and braking efficiency on snowy surfaces. On ice, their effect is enhanced by countless sinusoidal lamellas deployed across the direction of motion.
Main features:
- the tread pattern with asymmetrically arranged elements is effective on wet and snowy surfaces;
- transverse lamellas increase traction force and braking efficiency on surfaces with a low coefficient of friction;
- fin-shaped grooves effectively prevent aquaplaning and slush planing.
