Goodyear Wrangler st

The all-season tire Goodyear Wrangler ST belongs to the line of models designed for SUVs, crossovers, and pickups. Against the background of other representatives, it stands out with improved traction properties on loose unstable surfaces. The "signature" features of the Wrangler line have been preserved almost entirely - reliability, resistance to wear and punctures, comfortable quiet and smooth ride.

The tire's tread is largely borrowed from the brand's commercial models, representing a combination of four continuous longitudinal ribs. All elements are composite, being formed from separate blocks. This solution, along with wide longitudinal grooves, provides stability of traction properties, both on asphalt roads and on dirt roads. It's worth noting the use of Optimized Tread Block Geometry technology, which provides an optimized shape and arrangement of tread blocks. This achieves a more even distribution of forces during braking and acceleration, making the car's behavior stable and predictable. The Noise Reduction Pitch Sequence system is applied, reducing the level of road noise due to the alternation of blocks of different lengths and shapes.

The rubber compound includes high-quality polymers, "silica" and natural rubber, which improves the balance between strength and elasticity of the material. This formula allows the tread to maintain optimal traction properties when heated and prevents accelerated wear during intensive city operation. The increased proportion of "silica" reduces rolling resistance, which has a positive effect on fuel efficiency and reduces noise.

The tire's design includes a two-layer steel breaker and an reinforced nylon cord, which increase the strength of the carcass and resistance to punctures. This is especially important when driving on roads with uneven surfaces or when loads are characteristic of SUVs and pickups. Reinforced sidewalls protect against cuts and deformation, and the uniform distribution of pressure in the contact patch promotes a long service life.

The main features of Goodyear Wrangler ST:
- the composition of the rubber compound with the addition of "silica", polymers and rubber increases wear resistance and reduces rolling resistance;
- the reinforced breaker and nylon cord guarantee strength and stability when driving on rough roads;
- advanced technologies provide comfortable and safe driving.
