Goodyear EfficientGrip 2

The Goodyear EfficientGrip 2 summer tire is designed for most passenger cars. It is characterized by exceptional wear resistance, fuel efficiency, and braking performance on dry and wet surfaces.

The tread has a two-layer structure. The upper part, which comes into contact with the road surface, is made of a more elastic compound, giving the tread blocks and the lamellas cut into them additional mobility. This allows the tire to better grip the road with the edges formed by them, especially during longitudinal accelerations. The lower layer is made of a less elastic rubber mixture. Interacting with the stiff ribs in the central part, it increases the accuracy of handling and stability at high speeds, reduces wear.
