The Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3 tire combines the exceptional handling of a racing "slick" with Goodyear's patented aquaplaning resistance system and is the most reliable tire available.
Features of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3
— Increased shoulder zone contact area with the road;
— Precise steering control;
— Improved water drainage system;
— Excellent traction and braking in all conditions;
— Superior handling.
Design of the Eagle F1 GS D3 tread
The Eagle F1 GS D3 tire has a solid shoulder zone, which increases the contact area with the road and provides excellent handling characteristics. The smoothed shoulder zone of the tread ensures a constant load transfer when driving in extreme conditions, even with a worn tire. The central zone provides excellent response to steering.
Racing technology of tread compound
The Eagle F1 GS D3 tire provides excellent traction and braking on the road surface.
The "single tread" Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3 design was born from the racing technologies of the Eagle family. This innovative, continuous (from one shoulder zone to another) tread design provides key performance indicators of a racing "slick" on dry pavement.
Goodyear's V-TRED technology provides a natural water flow through the grooves, which are three times longer than the contact patch size, providing maximum resistance to aquaplaning.
