Goodyear Assurance Finesse – a universal tire that can be operated in a year-round mode, maintaining the efficiency of traction characteristics in various weather conditions. It is installed on a wide range of passenger cars, including crossovers, SUVs, and minivans. This became possible due to the release in the most popular sizes from R17 to R20.

The tire is equipped with a non-directional tread with pronounced symmetry, the basis of which consists of several rib structures. Each of them is densely covered with a lamellar network, forming multiple gripping surfaces. On the one hand, such a structure allowed improving handling, and on the other hand, it increased the reliability of fixing the contact patch on wet and slippery roads. Therefore, the tire is perfectly suited for operation on Russian roads, regardless of the season.

The tread, created using modern modeling methods, is also distinguished by its low rolling resistance. Due to this, it was possible to improve the fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness of the tire. Along with this, the driving comfort has also increased. The special arrangement of the block structures contributes to the suppression of vortex formations, which reduces noise generation.

Special attention should be paid to the compound. Here, a proprietary mixture is used, which contains a number of synthetic and natural components. Thanks to them, the adaptation to a wide temperature range has been improved. The result is the maintenance of optimal elasticity of the block structures, both at high and low temperatures. Also, a number of components of the rubber mixture improved the resistance to wear, increasing the service life of the tire.
