Description Goodride Sw602
The Goodride Sw602 winter tire belongs to the so-called "friction" models, being designed for operation in regions with truly cold climatic conditions. It is distinguished by stable coupling properties and increased traction and braking properties on snowy and icy surfaces, along with reduced fuel consumption, quiet and smooth running.
The tread pattern is executed in a classic design for modern winter tires with a characteristic V-shaped arrangement of grooves. Some of them have a curved shape with expansion as they approach the edges of the tread. These features significantly increase the intensity of water drainage, and also allow these drainage elements to handle its heavy mixture with melted snow and road slush. Another important feature is the presence in the middle of the pattern of a solid longitudinal rib with a tapered shape. This element reduces fuel consumption and prevents tread wear, while ensuring stable coupling at high speed. The next distinctive feature of the pattern is the presence in it of several thousand "three-dimensional" lamellas, special slots with sharpened edges of a wavy shape. These elements increase traction and braking properties on the most slippery winter surfaces.
Main features of Goodride Sw602:
- the directional tread pattern with wide curved grooves, oriented against the direction of motion, provides stable coupling on any winter surfaces;
- increased density of lamella arrangement, "three-dimensional" profile of their walls provide excellent traction and braking intensity on snowy and icy surfaces;
- optimized rubber compound, remaining elastic at extremely low temperatures;
- special tread profile improves grip and handling on cleared road sections
