The Gislaved Euro Frost 2 tire fits most passenger cars. It is recommended by the manufacturer for use in areas with so-called "warm" winters. It is distinguished by improved traction properties on wet and snowy roads.
The tread pattern features a V-shaped structure. The transverse edges formed in this way, having a significant length, allow for intense acceleration and deceleration on snow. On icy surfaces, this property is preserved due to the effectiveness of the zigzag-shaped lamellae cut into all blocks. The increased volume of longitudinal and varied direction of transverse water drainage grooves allows the tread to successfully combat both aquaplaning and slushplaning.
