Fronway Icepower 96 – winter tire suitable for a wide range of passenger cars. It is distinguished by its resistance to sludging, good handling on winter roads, and preservation of the elasticity properties of the compound at low temperatures.
The model is equipped with an asymmetric tread, with a pronounced ribbed structure. In the central part, there are several ribs, some of which have a saw-toothed edge. This solution allows improving traction on loose snow. The presence of numerous three-dimensional lamellae increases stability on slippery roads, increasing the overall level of safety while driving. The sidewalls, represented by block structures, improve traction on winter roads, preventing skidding.
The compound of the model contains silica and a package of elastomers, which maintain elasticity at the same level, regardless of the ambient temperature. This factor guarantees the reliability of the coupling and braking properties throughout the entire winter period.
