The Formula Ice winter tire is designed for regions with the most severe cold climate. On any icy and snowy roads, it demonstrates sustainable traction, braking intensity, as well as the "signature Italian" precision handling for tires of this brand.
The tread pattern is abundant with narrow blocks with elongated walls. A significant part of them is located transversely, which provides excellent traction and stability on snow. The rigid composite edge in the middle increases the stability of traction when moving at high speed, and when maneuvering - the accuracy of handling. Numerous lamellas, densely notched throughout the tread, allow for intense acceleration and braking on wet and icy road surfaces.
Key Features of Formula Ice (Studless)
- a multitude of narrow blocks provides excellent traction and resistance to lateral skidding on snow;
- densely notched lamellas improve traction properties on ice and wet surfaces;
- the central longitudinal rib, composed of rigid blocks, improves stability at high speeds, increases handling precision when maneuvering.
