The Federal Formoza AZ01 summer tire is one of the practical results of the shift in the development direction of the Chinese tire industry. Multifunctional asymmetric tread pattern

This tire is characterized by stable and reliable traction properties in various driving modes. This feature is given to it by the asymmetric design of the tread pattern, divided into several separate areas. Each of them performs certain tasks.

In particular, the design of the outer side of the tread contains many massive blocks. Their high rigidity allows the tire to optimally distribute the load over the contact patch. This feature, on the one hand, improves traction when maneuvering, and on the other hand, increases stability when cornering.

In turn, the inner side of the tread contains many separate elements of relatively small size. Increasing their number allowed to correspondingly increase the number of traction edges, most of which are located transversely. This significantly improves the longitudinal traction properties. The second function of the inner part of the tread is to drain water from the contact patch, which is carried out through numerous drainage grooves.
