The Everest brand belongs to an Indian company of the same name. It was founded in 1971 and specializes in the production of a wide range of tire and rubber products, primarily for aviation, mining, and railway enterprises. The company has a plant for manufacturing solid tires of various sizes, which are widely used in various industrial sectors. The enterprise is equipped with the most modern equipment, ranging from automated hydraulic presses to cutting machines. The raw materials used in the production of tires undergo multi-stage testing, which largely ensures the high quality of the finished tire products.

Everest Industrial Tires

Currently, the company's products are represented in the following segments:

- solid tires;
- tires for forklifts;
- tires for warehouse carts.

The range of solid tires of the Everest brand consists of tires specially designed to withstand the impact of extremely high deforming forces on such products. They are produced using advanced technologies that ensure the formation of a multi-layered tread structure. Each layer is made of a rubber compound with a different degree of elasticity. The compounds, in turn, are a mixture of natural and synthetic rubber in various ratios, which allows them to be given certain properties. The inner core is characterized by the presence of a high-strength steel cord, which enhances the fixation of the tire on the wheel disk and allows it to maintain its original shape and size when overly compressed. Its strength is significantly reduced due to the use of a compound made of elastic natural rubber in the central layer. The tread part of the tire is made from a mixture of natural rubber with butadiene-styrene. This compound is very resistant to abrasive wear, cuts, and scratches. The tread pattern, in turn, is characterized by an optimized arrangement of elements, which reduces the heating of the tire, reduces rolling resistance, and wear.

The segment of Everest tires for forklifts represents tires of the "pressed-on" type, which are installed by stretching onto the wheel hub. They are distinguished by a 2-layer structure. The inner part is a rim-band made of "soft" steel grades with a rubber gasket attached to the outer surface. All components are made using modern technologies and materials, which guarantees reliable fixation of rubber to metal, as well as the durability of such tires and their resistance to significant mechanical stresses.

The tires of this brand for warehouse carts are represented by a large number of tires for wheels with a landing diameter from 5 to 24 inches. There are options with different tread widths and load capacities. A significant part of such tires has an internal cavity filled with air, which creates an amortization effect when moving over rough surfaces and allows the tire to be used for transporting luggage at airports and various fragile materials.
