The directional tread pattern is made in the classic design for winter tires with a V-shaped arrangement of transverse grooves. This significantly improves traction and braking properties on snow and wet surfaces, providing good directional stability and reduced rolling resistance. An important feature is the presence of a large number of massive blocks in the pattern. In combination with their arrangement, this noticeably improves grip and handling on dry surfaces, providing comfort while reducing the level of abrasive impact on the tread. It is worth noting the presence of a serrated profile on the longitudinal walls of the blocks. The numerous pointed protrusions allow the tire to hold snow in the tread, improving traction and coupling properties on snowy surfaces. In general, the effectiveness of the tire in such conditions is ensured, among other things, by the characteristics of the rubber compound. It contains a large amount of silica, which, in combination with natural rubber, gives the tread elasticity at low temperatures, while maintaining high resistance to abrasive wear and cracking.
