Dunlop SP Quattro Maxx

The summer passenger tire Dunlop SP Quattro Maxx, released by one of the most famous British manufacturers, is designed for the most powerful and high-speed vehicles with increased passability. This model has a fairly narrow specialization and can only be fully revealed on the highway.

One of the key features of the directional tread pattern is a unique asymmetric design, which was developed with the participation of the famous Italian design bureau Pininfarina. Despite its stylish appearance, the tread pattern provides excellent handling at high speeds, excellent directional stability, and high braking efficiency.

This tire was created using a number of innovative technologies. In particular, the Touch Technology was used, which also consists of several separate technical solutions. One of them is Multi Radius Tread Technology or MRT, thanks to which the Dunlop SP Quattro Maxx tire has outstanding operational characteristics, including phenomenal handling. Also, it is worth noting the aforementioned asymmetric design of the tread pattern, which, in combination with the original structure of the wheel disk mounting zone and a narrow profile, provides stable and reliable behavior when moving at high speed.

Another innovation was the Double Silica technology, based on the use of a rubber mixture with a density that varies for the inner and outer sides of the tire. Thanks to this solution, it was possible to ensure an ideal combination of a long service life with excellent handling when cornering. In addition, the addition of silica to the rubber mixture significantly improved the tire's basic operating characteristics.
