The Doublestar DW05 winter tire is suitable for most popular mid-size passenger cars. It is distinguished by a design adapted to the challenging winter conditions of Northern Europe and Scandinavia. On any winter surface, it demonstrates stable and predictable behavior, while also distinguishing itself from most analogs of other brands with better wear resistance and fuel efficiency.

The tread pattern is made in a directional design with an asymmetric arrangement of elements. Its key feature is the small size of the blocks, which has made it possible to increase their number. This gives the tire confident behavior on snowy surfaces. It is worth noting the presence of Z-shaped transverse edges of the blocks. These elements additionally enhance traction on snow, making it much easier to exit a rut. On icy surfaces, the tire fully retains such behavior thanks to several thousand straight and wavy lamellas. The sharp edges formed by them are arranged in different directions, which significantly increases the reliability of the traction properties.
