Increased strength and reliability

This is largely due to the design of the carcass, which has undergone various changes due to the specifics of operating light trucks and vans. The key change is the use of a multi-layer steel cord. Progressive winding methods have made it possible to increase the density of the wire arrangement, which has further increased the carrying capacity of the carcass and its resistance to deforming mechanical stresses. The space between the layers is filled with a special compound that reduces heat generation and gives additional softness on the go. The breaker located directly under the tread is also made of steel cord, which reduces the likelihood of puncture or cutting, increases payload, and reduces rolling resistance.

Special tread pattern

The tire's tread has also been developed with the specificities of operating tires of this class in mind. All its elements are made massive. The shoulder areas, in addition to this, have special bridges that increase their resistance to deformation. All these features reduce the impact of the road surface on the tread, which, on the one hand, reduces the rate of its wear, and on the other hand, improves handling.
