The tread pattern consists of many small blocks. The elements are arranged in such a way that in the contact patch, they form long V-shaped edges. This allows the tire to demonstrate good traction and stability on snow. On icy surfaces, these properties are almost completely preserved due to the lamellas. A large number of slits with serrated edges form hundreds of additional traction edges.
